PETA Sr.VP Poorva Joshipura talks about her new book, "For a Moment of Taste," with Emil Guillermo. Joshipura conducted investigations in the factory farms of India, which have contributed to the doubling of meat consumption there in just a decade. Most people in India have yet to connect the dots that the increase in meat and dairy consumed means the cruel treatment of cows and their calves. Joshipura hopes the book will become a resource to spur a new wave of activism and awareness. There's nothing sacred about how cows are exploited for beef, dairy and leather.
