The Moulton Chinchilla Ranch is anything but a ranch. It's a shed the length of a football field, filled with 1,000 chinchillas. A PETA investigator got an undercover look at the facility in Fillmore County, Minnesota. What he saw will make you cringe. Animals in small cages, some in need of veterinary care, all in a filthy, smelly environment. It's the only life they know. Dan Paden, PETA VP of evidence analysis for the Cruelty Investigations Department, tells Emil Guillermo how it happened, and how your activism can contribute to shutting down the Moulton Chinchilla Ranch operated by Dan Moulton. In business for over 50 years, the ranch supplies other breeders, pet stores, and NIH-sponsored labs and universities with test subjects.
