Your cosmetics may no longer be cruelty-free, that's because the European Union's European Chemicals Agency is now requiring new tests--even if products and ingredients have been tested years ago and have been deemed safe.
Dr. Julia Baines, PETA UK Science Policy Manager speaks to Emil Guillermo about why this is happening and how you can join the effort to get 1 million signatures from EU residents, wherever they may be in the world.
Make sure you're still cruelty-free, get the PETA app, Beauty without Bunnies.
