Does it make sense that millions of animals must die in regulatory tests in the name of human safety when the results are irrelevant to humans?

That's the reason the PETA Science Consortium International was formed ten years ago--to convince governments and private industries that modern non-animal regulatory test methods were better for humans and infinitely better for animals. Three consortium scientists--Jeff Brown, Gina Hilton, and Bridget Rogers--talk to Emil Guillermo about their to change the world's laws and to save millions of animals' lives.

SEE THE SCIENCE CONSORTIUM'S GREATEST HITS. The top ten accomplishments in the last ten years.

And don't forget, October is PETA's STOP ANIMAL TESTING FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE. Every donation will be matched to the $500,000 goal through Oct. 31.
