How monkeys are kept in taxpayer funded laboratories in the U.S. will make you scream. After a two year legal battle, PETA has obtained video of macaque monkeys in captivity showing the cruel conditions they are forced to endure. Monkeys circle within their cages, bang on the bars, and pull hair off their bodies as they react to their treatment. Dr. Alka Chandna, PETA VP of Laboratory Investigations, says it's the only life the monkeys know which makes the cruelty even more profound. Listen to Emil Guillermo's conversation with Chandna. And then take action to end this cruelty to monkeys.
