PETA is calling on the nation of Denmark to end the fur trade after thousands of mink have been found to have coronavirus and passed it on to humans. Sascha Camilli of PETA's UK office says a protest in front of the Danish consulate will make the case that the mink form a reservoir of the virus that threatens to worsen the pandemic. The susceptibility of mink to Covid is also a threat in Utah and Wisconsin. Jeremy Beckham is with the Utah Animal Rights Coalition. He says state officials have not adequately addressed the problem.
