Caring for animal companions is critical in a pandemic. Shelters are closed or at half capacity. Some people are finding they have to give up their animals. PETA's Community Animal Project provides sheltering and vet care in the Norfolk, Va./Hampton Roads area. They make sure animals aren't neglected in these tough times. Emil Guillermo speaks with PETA's Emily Allen.
