What's up with the upcharge at Starbucks for vegan milk substitutes? If you want soy, almond, or oat milks, you'll pay a premium. For being kind to animals and the planet? Consumers have been complaining to Starbucks for sometime, but the debate gained momentum when Oscar-winning actor and animal activist James Cromwell stepped up and put his hand to a Starbucks counter with a schmear of Super Glue. It showed his commitment to the issue as he read a statement and brought attention to Starbucks' anti-consumer, anti-climate, anti-cow policy. PETA campaign specialist talks with Emil Guillermo about the Cromwell protest, and the importance of fighting the upcharge.
